This presentation delves into the dramatic transformation of corporate finance, focusing on the rise of private credit and its impact on the corporate debt landscape. As private investment funds take on a larger role in lending, corporate debt markets are experiencing trends of privatization and concentration similar to those in corporate equity. This shift offers corporations faster and more flexible financing options but brings concerns about decreased transparency and reduced regulatory oversight. With investment funds influencing everything from company strategy to financial distress, the implications for corporate governance and economic activity are profound and far-reaching.

Please note that for security reasons, you will be asked to present a government issued photo identification to gain entrance into the Federal Reserve Bank.
