ABOUT THE EVENT

The rise of AI has fundamentally transformed the way enterprises operate, making it easier than ever to analyze data, automate complex workflows, and deploy autonomous agents for personalized customer engagement. However, as innovation accelerates, it also brings with it a wave of uncertainty. Questions about the future of the labor market, the redistribution of economic value, and the broader societal implications of AI adoption loom large.

In this fireside session, Rudina Seseri, Founder and Managing Partner of Glasswing Ventures, will dive into the profound shifts driven by AI and automation. Drawing on insights from Anthropic’s recent Economic Index, a breakthrough study on AI’s impact on the workforce, as well as her own proprietary research as an investor at the forefront of AI and Frontier Technology, Rudina will also examine which roles are most vulnerable to disruption, how economic value creation is being redefined, and what these changes mean for startups, enterprises, and investors alike. Whether you are navigating AI adoption or shaping workforce strategies, this discussion will provide actionable takeaways on the future of work in an AI-driven economy.
